For W2, W3 tungsten rod, there is not allowed to have excessive melting, bubbles, contamination, cracks, surface crystalline blocks, or excessive melting and contamination. The length of the fragment is not more than 8 mm, the width is not more than 3 mm, and the depth is not more than 1 mm. The mechanical recess shall not be more than 1 mm in diameter and shall not be more than 0.5 mm in depth. Radian shall not be more than 4 mm. W4 tungsten rod is not allowed to have any oxidation and contamination.
Tungsten rod physical properties: the density of W2, W3 tungsten rod is higher than 17.5g/cm3. The particle size measurement data of W2, W3 tungsten rod can be provided. If the buyer has other special requirements, we can also be discussed on the basis of mutual consultation.
Tungsten rod quality assurance: The buyer shall inspect the tungsten rod in accordance with the standard within three months of receipt of the goods. If the inspection result of the tungsten rod does not conform to the specified quality standard, the product will be regarded as unqualified after the unsuccessful test.
Tungsten rod packing: The tungsten rod shall be packed in a wooden case with an inner foam, each of which is 6 to 12 pieces, with a maximum of 40kg.
