Shaped and finished TZM parts
TZM parts of different shapes and dimensions can be made according to the clients’ drawings from semi-finished products by bending, spinning, machining and, if necessary, by joining methods such as screwing, riveting or welding.
Electrical heating elements, racks, heat shields, boats, nuts and screws for high-temperature furnace construction and similar fields of application are typical examples.
 
TZM sintered products, billets and forgings
TZM sintered bars and billets are designed as base material for forging, rolling or extruding. Sintered TZM products can be produced up to maximum diameter of 760mm and up to a maximum weight of approx. 5000kg, TZM forgings can be produced up to a maximum weight of approx. 4500kg.
