Study has been made by corresponding organizations about the high-temperature properties of molybdenum lanthanum alloy and TZM alloy in 1000~1800 ℃. The results show that: under 1400 ℃, molybdenum lanthanum alloy has higher strength and ductility and other comprehensive performance. While, when the temperature is equal to or higher tha 1400 ℃, the tensile strength of molybdenum lanthanum alloy significantly declines. With the increase of test temperature, the tensile strength of TZM alloy declines. While the ductility of TZM alloy increases, which is on the contrary to that of molybdenum lanthanum alloy.
At the same time, whether it is the strength and ductility, at the same temperature, TZM alloy has obvious advantages compared with molybdenum lanthanum alloy.
The observation conducted by related organizations shows that: TZM alloy and molybdenum lanthanum alloy begin to recrystallize at 1100 ℃, which is extended to 1550 ℃. At the same time, the recrystallized grains present the elongated structure, which is obviously different from the recrystallized equiaxed grains of pure molybdenum.
