The rolling of tungsten plate can be divided into hot, warm and cold rolling. Due to the large deformation resistance of tungsten, the general roller can not fully meet the requirements of tungsten sheet rolling, it should use special materials to roll. When rolling, the roller should preheat, according to the different rolling condition, the preheating temperature is 100 to 350 degrees. The relative density of the blank (the actual density and theoretical density ratio) is greater than 90% which can be processed, when the density of the billet is in the 92 ~ 94%, it has good processing performance. Hot rolled billet temperature is in 1350 to 1500 degrees, if the choice of deformation parameters of blooming is improper, it will produce delamination. The starting temperature of warm rolling is 1200 degrees, the hot rolled tungsten plate with 8 mm thickness can reach 0.5 mm thickness after warm rolling.
