The differences between zirconium and diamond

The diamond is homogeneous, it's black in the crossed polarizers and it has high hardness. But zirconium  may seem a little dark in the crossed polarizers. What's more, diamond has lipophilicity, we can easily leave uninterrupted traces with a ballpoint pen in the diamond surface. Of course, the traces can be easily wiped. However, zirconium  doesn't have lipophilicity, and we can't leave uninterrupted traces on the diamond surface with a ballpoint pen.
Zircon is formed naturally, and it is also a natural gem. So it's often used to make the imitation diamond. But the common imitation diamond jewelry is not zircon in the market. It's the synthesis of amorphous zirconium  called "cubic zirconia"
Cubic zirconia is called zircon by the clerk. It has been synthesized by the former Soviet scientists in the early 70's. Its physical and chemical properties are similar to the diamond, and their appearance is more similar, so it is also called the "Soviet drilling".
Similarly, cubic zirconia doesn't have the lipophilicity. So we can't leave uninterrupted   traces with a ball point pen.
Our own factory in Luoyang could offer high quality zirconium pipe and zirconium seamless pipe according to your specific requirements. We introduced advanced producing line, could offer pure zirconium pipe.
