Further applications include the use of molybdenum as an integrated furnace for heat dissipation, large-scale integrated circuits and hybrid circuits. It is usually used to install or replace high power and high reliability semiconductors for heat dissipation, and can be used in SCR diodes, transistors and crystal thyratron (rectangular pulse broken), radiator base, contact materials in large-scale integrated circuits and hybrid circuits.
