Application: Due to its high melting point, corrosion resistance, cold working and good performance characteristics, Niobium and niobium alloy wire rod is widely used in chemical, electronic, aerospace and other fields.
Niobium and niobium alloy rods are used as structural materials for aero engine and rocket nozzle, the reactor internal components and package materials, and made all kinds of resistance to nitric acid, hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid corrosion under the condition of corrosion resistant parts. Adding zirconium materials into niobium can significantly improve the oxidation resistance and strength, niobium and niobium zirconium alloy wire has been widely used for manufacturing high pressure sodium lamp and electrolytic capacitor anode lead.
Presentation quality: Cold worked and annealed steel surface should be no cracks, holes, folding, metal and non-metallic inclusions, heavy leather, residual lubricant, oxide and other dirt.
Hot working state bar surface should be no crack, folding, double skin defects influence subsequent processing.
The bar surface allows that there are grooves, pits, abrasions, scratches that the depth is less than half of the diameter tolerance, and allows spiral stripes formed by straightening and slightly hammered.
