In the high velocity flow of seawater (for example, 36.6m/s), the erosion rate is somewhat increased. There are some effects on the erosion resistance of titanium, which is not as serious as the copper alloy and aluminum alloy, when there is sand particles and other friction particles in the sea water. Titanium is the most ideal material for anti cavitation corrosion in sea water.
